Xeinadin is a business advisory and accountancy firm with a large presence in the UK and Ireland. It was established in 2019 by bringing together over 100 independent accountancy practices.
The Brief
Xeinadin approached us as they were working on a Future Leaders programme for an initial group of 24 senior people from across UK & Ireland, nominated to attend as part of their succession plan. Developing and preparing the next group of Leaders from across the business.
The key objectives they had for the programme were as follows:

The Results
One month after the check-in workshops, delegates reported:
- £428k of fees generated because of the skills they learned
- 49% improvement of business development performance since the start of the programme
- 55% of the knowledge and skills learned have been applied directly to their role
And when we asked about their best results from the training, here are a selection of the responses we got:
- My best result has been taking a taking a new client enquiry over the phone, arranging a meeting with the client and converting them into a new client
- Having the confidence that I can present and deliver sound pitches. Learning that no can also mean not now and follow up
- Being aware of different social styles and how to flex my personality
The Programme
From enquiry to delivery, we worked with Xeinadin over 12 months to ensure that the programme matched their objectives.
The final result was as follows:
- Masterclass 1: Understanding Self and Others using the Social Styles Model
- Masterclass 2: Leadership Skills
- Masterclass 3: Proceed Until Apprehended: Attitude, Approach & Action
- Masterclass 4: Sell the Sizzle – Your Value Proposition
- Masterclass 5: Be In the Room – Advance the Client Meeting
- Check-in workshops: 3 x 90-min workshops in one day, with 4 delegates per workshop
In The Room
Delivering a return on investment to Xeinadin was the aim of this programme, so the results were very pleasing for both of us.
To give you an idea of what it’s like in the training room, here are a selection of comments from delegates in the immediate aftermath of the Masterclasses:
- It was a great event that got each of us talking to each other and mixing with colleagues that we had not met before. The content covered was also very helpful.
- It was brilliant. I was so apprehensive beforehand but found it very informative and helpful.
- I expected it to be a hard slog and for it to be difficult to maintain focus but it was very engaging the whole way through.
- It massively exceeded my expectations. I was worried that I wouldn't find the content relevent and that it would feel very corporate.
- Very relevant to my current position and very useful skills and tips. There are definite actions I can start now which I have taken away from the course.
- The facilitator made it a very comfortable place to interact and the other participants were wonderful.
- It was scary at first but the course built my confidence.
