A 6-week BD Skills programme for 80 Directors during Lockdown. Immediately post-lockdown to deliver a flexible, comprehensive, virtual, bespoke business development programme to a large group of directors from five different business areas, within a key strategic service line.

Soben: Make The Rain

With an aim to double in size by 2030, business development (selling) is of paramount importance. Ten key individuals were identified from the global team for the Rainmaker training in order to create a business owner mentality.
