The Brief

With an aim to double in size by 2030, business development (selling) is of paramount importance. Ten key individuals were identified from the global team for the Rainmaker training in order to create a business owner mentality.

The Solution

Our recommended solution was Rainmaker Fast Track: three full-on full day Masterclasses, followed by 121 Mentoring and Check-in Business Growth Workshops.

This was a great team builder in addition to stretching the abilities of the younger surveyors in the group and allowing the old lags to show their abilities.
