The Client

A global interactive entertainment company.

what did they want

Like many other clients we have delivered sessions for during lockdown, our conversations started with a meeting in central London at the beginning of February 2020.

We had worked with one of the team previously and were invited to help craft a short development session.

In February the development was focused on helping the senior members of the team improve their influencing and leadership skills (c6 people), but as the COVID-19 situation progressed it was clear that there was a more immediate need for the full team (c25 people): resilience.

what did they get

Fast forward to the middle of May and our CEO delivered a 90-minute session on “The Brilliance of Resilience” on Zoom.

A lot of content was crammed into the 90 minutes and it had the lot – delegate interaction, breakout rooms, and materials for everyone to view afterwards on the KWCWONDERWALL.

Like all sessions we deliver, whether it’s in the room or on the Zoom, the use of flipcharts and delegates responses to guide the session is still there. We have never delivered boring, read, PowerPoint-led sessions and we don’t intend to start now!

Here are a selection of comments from those who attended:

  • Energised - super good given it is on Zoom
  • Improved resilience will help my job performance
  • Provided reminders and food for thought on facing difficult times / situations
  • The interactive nature of the programme exceeded my expectation
  • Good amount of interaction, it was nice to see faces I haven't seen in a while and reconnect

can we help you?

If your team could do with a reminder during these uncertain times, get in touch and we can deliver a tailored resilience session just for you.
