This month our Senior Client Services Coordinator Emma Fogg and I will have the opportunity to support a fantastic two-day programme, for one of our amazing clients, delivered by five of our Trainers in Italy.

Every programme we deliver has the support of our dedicated Client Services Team and where possible, we try to get out of the office and immerse ourselves in the client experience. If it happens to be in the Italian sunshine all the better!

You cannot beat face to face feedback from your clients, so if you have the opportunity, make sure you get out in front of them.

Delivering the best Client Experience is our top priority!
Emma and I are always looking for ways to assess and enhance our client experience to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. We want to make sure that every client receives a quality service and that the delegates receive the best possible learning experience. What better way to do that than over an Italian coffee at the event itself?

As we are just a few weeks away from this event, we got the ball rolling last week in a meeting with the Trainers to go over the initial logistics and discuss the delivery preparation. When you are sending out multiple trainers there are always more logistical queries and diary juggling to manage than you think, preparation and good team communication is key.

As the weeks countdown to the event Emma and I will continue to check in with our client to make sure that everything is in place. Keep an eye out for a behind the scenes look at KWC Client Services on tour!
